How This Tool Works

Market Heat is a weighted blend of whichever signals you provide, each mapped to a 0–100 sub-score and renormalized over the ones you entered — a missing signal is never guessed at, its weight simply drops out and the rest carry more. Urgency comes from your pickup window and whether the load is already booked, kept on a deliberately separate axis: a tight market with two days of runway and a soft market with three hours left call for different moves, even though a single blended "pressure" number might rate them the same.

Your stance is a straight lookup in the 3×3 matrix above — never a further blend of the two scores — and the suggested cushion steps up with market heat, with an extra point added whenever urgency is high.
